Here you will find all information regarding the General Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to the sale of digital vouchers via the platform systeme.io, offered by Isolde Seeber, freelance make-up artist, make-up & color coach, VAT No. 02238860213, Email: isolde@i-see.it, Website: www.i-see.it.
Vouchers are sold exclusively in digital form. By purchasing a voucher, the customer accepts these T&Cs in their version valid at the time of purchase.
2. Subject of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the purchase of a digital voucher (PDF file), which entitles the holder to use one or more services offered by Isolde Seeber.
Available services (e.g. make-up coaching, color consultation with styling tips, workshops, combination offers) are described on the website and sales page.
3. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is concluded once the customer completes the order process on systeme.io and payment has been successfully processed.
The voucher is then automatically sent by email to the address provided by the customer.
No physical delivery or postal shipment will be made.
4. Delivery of the Voucher
After successful payment, the customer will automatically receive an order confirmation with the voucher as a PDF attachment.
Delivery usually takes place within a few minutes, but in individual cases may take several hours due to technical reasons.
If the email is not received, please check the spam folder or contact isolde@i-see.it.
5. Redemption of the Voucher
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Redemption takes place by arranging an appointment with the provider via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
The service will be provided at the voucher holder’s home or at an agreed location in South Tyrol.
The voucher can only be used for the specified services. Cash payment or partial refunds are excluded.
6. Transferability
Vouchers are transferable unless they are personalized (issued in a specific name).
Personalized vouchers can only be redeemed by the named person.
7. Prices and Payment
The prices indicated at the time of purchase apply.
Payment is made via the methods offered on systeme.io (e.g. credit card, Stripe, PayPal).
All prices include statutory VAT.
8. Right of Withdrawal
For digital vouchers, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
However, since the voucher is delivered digitally immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the customer agrees to immediate execution.
Before completing the purchase, the customer must expressly confirm:
“I agree that the voucher will be delivered immediately by email after purchase. I am aware that this means my right of withdrawal expires.”
Once this consent has been given and the voucher has been received, there is no right to withdrawal or refund.
9. Liability
The provider is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
No liability is accepted for technical issues in email delivery, incorrect email address entries, or spam filter effects.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the provider’s privacy policy.
Data is used exclusively for contract processing, payment handling, voucher delivery, and accounting purposes.
11. Validity and Redemption
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
An extension may be agreed individually, provided the voucher has not yet been redeemed.
After expiration, the voucher can no longer be used.
12. Changes to the Offer
The provider reserves the right to adjust content, prices, and services, provided this is reasonable and does not disadvantage existing vouchers.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Italian law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Place of jurisdiction, where legally permitted, is Bolzano (BZ), Italy.
